Select a product you would like to research. The aim of the project is to determine the price point to set this specific product, after factoring in the cost of importing to your warehouse. As the picture indicates, there will be several costs that need to be accounted for. Specifically, the cost of production to manufacture the product, the Selling Price of the manufacturer to you, the Importer, and the Transport Cost, factoring cost of transportation, duty charges, cost of recovery (including local drayage and warehousing). Given these expenses, what does your Selling Price need to be to generate a profit?
